    Exact creation instant (UTC ISO), which date is too coarse to carry and a UUID session id cannot encode — keep in sync with libs/companion/agui/corilus_thread_store.py.

    Scope tags by name (e.g. patient) — see api/sessionScope.ts.

    session_id: string
    thread_id?: string

    The thread that owns this session — the id that reopens it. Absent for sessions written before threads existed, where session_id is itself the thread id.
